Movement is such an essential part of our everyday lives.
Affecting so many parts of our health, movement encompasses so much of our well-being.
We are not experts by any means, but being physically active definitely makes you FEEL better so why not do something to help yourself improve your own life?
There are so many activities you can do to keep yourself active.
Running is one of our favorites but you can also swim, dance, do yoga, cycle, box, weight-train and even “just” WALK!
Walking is definitely one of the most underrated workouts.
A walk after a meal can aide and ease digestion and walking early in the morning can set you up to be more calm and focused all day!

Exercise does a LOT to ease your mind and body.
Movement keeps your body flexible, your joints healthy and contributes to reducing a number of risk-factors.
Aside from helping you maintain a healthy weight, stave off depression and stress and allowing you to experience a happier quality of life (QOL), exercise assists in:
maintaining brain health
improving focus and concentration
improving circulation and cardiovascular health
helping decrease blood pressure
maintaining your cholesterol levels at a healthy level
reduce illness, increase wellness
Keeping healthy physical habits make it so you’re able to fend off illnesses and reduce your risk of injury.
If you do get injured, being active ahead of that helps with recovery time.
Who doesn’t want longevity and independence as long as they can have it?
