ERRORS OR MISTAKES IN PRICING

We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already received payment. Any such changes will be conveyed in writing via email to notify You of Our correction and to allow You to take the most appropriate action in the event of such a correction or mistake.

RECURRING CHARGES 

If Your order contains a recurring charge, then You consent to allow Us to process your selected payment provider without requiring Your prior approval for each recurring charge, until You Cancel your recurring charge according to these terms and conditions.

All payments will be processed in US DOLLARS AT CHECKOUT.

ORDER REVERSAL OR CANCELLATION

BACKORDERS AND SOLD OUT PRODUCTS

Occasionally our inventory system fails to detect the actual quantity of our products available. If You make a purchase and we are unable to secure the quantity of items You requested, We will promptly contact you to let you know the new expected fulfillment date. If You do not wish to continue with your order, We will issue You a refund for the full purchase price of the sold out product(s), as indicated on your receipt. We do not issue store credit.

SHIPPING AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Your order will arrive per the shipping speed You selected at checkout barring extenuating circumstances. We are not able to change your shipping speed once your order is placed.

Occasionally, Your items may arrive damaged from shipping. If this occurs, please contact Us at orders@leisureandjoie.com and We will make every reasonable effort to fix the situation. Often, the issue happened under the carrier’s jurisdiction and the best course of action in this instance is to contact the delivery service about their damage to Your order and file a claim. 

If You are not located in The United States of America, You are considered an international purchaser*. It is Your sole responsibility to pay any duties, taxes (including, but not limited to, GST and VAT) and customs fees. We will provide Your shipment with a commercial invoice, as necessary, by law.

*Please note, EFF 06.01.2024, INTL shipping has been paused.

GIFT ORDERS

If You wish to place an order as a gift, please indicate so at checkout. If You do not see a space or area to indicate such, please email us at orders@leisureandjoie.com and we will make a reasonable attempt to accommodate your request. 

REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY 

We respect and value your business and because of that, we aim to reduce the need for returns by ensuring we only offer you high-quality products you want to keep!

That said, LEISURE & JOIE has implemented our review process, in an effort to support you more fully.

We are happy to offer you online return support via our return request portal, within 15 days of your order’s confirmed delivery.

All return requests must be reviewed and approved by our team.

Please thoroughly review our Return Policy and our review process prior to submitting your review request.

Should you have a qualifying refund, expect the refund issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase, within 3-5 business days.

Unless explicitly waived by one of our team members, refunds are minus original shipping paid. All returns are subject to our $5 restocking fee, adjusted against the partial refund.

RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED DURING THE PEAK HOLIDAY* SEASON.

LEISURE & JOIE does not offer exchanges or store credit at this time.

If we messed up (We’re only human!) and the order you placed does not match the item(s) delivered to you, let us make it right.

Contact our team at orders@leisureandjoie.com within 3 business days of delivery. Include photos of the incorrect merchandise received and your order number in the subject line. You may also use the return request portal to notify our team, making sure you select “Wrong item(s) received” and uploading the photos when prompted.

We will ship the correct item(s) at no additional cost to you.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase/experience, contact our team at support@leisureandjoie.com. We are happy to assist you further.

Should items have arrived damaged during the shipping journey, please email us and we will do our best to assist you with any issues. We strongly advise filing a claim directly with the carrier.

PROMOTIONAL PRICING DEVICES AND PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We ARE NOT able to accommodate a price adjustment after Your purchase.

CHARGEBACKS

​​You agree to make every attempt to file a request for a refund prior to attempting a chargeback with Your financial institution. In the event of a chargeback attempt, You expressly agree to forfeit any and all of Our promotions, discounts, bonuses, affiliate bonuses or other materials afforded to You in exchange for Your original purchase of Our Offering. We reserve the right to present proof of Your access or acceptance of Your purchased product(s), and these Terms and Conditions of Use to the financial institution investigating the dispute.  

DISPUTE​ ​RESOLUTION
