Yes, our team must review and approve each request in order for items to be accepted and refunds issued.
Once approved, you will be emailed a pre-paid, trackable, return label for your order a/o a QR code for friction-free, boxless returns.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Original shipping costs paid are non-refundable, unless explicitly waived by one of our team members.
Approved returns will be refunded minus the initial shipping you paid and our $5 restocking fee, adjusted against the refund.
The partial refund will only be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase, within 3-5 business days.

In an effort to reduce waste, whenever possible, reuse the shipping materials and place the return label over the original.
Drop off at your local USPS/UPS (whichever matches your return label).

To be eligible for a refund, following approval, returns must be received by our team in good condition, within 15 days of approval.
The "return-to-us" date will be noted in your approval notification.
Items received after the noted return date will not be accepted and are, therefore, not eligible for refund.
